- The first step is to download the program called Microsoft Online Services Sign In. This tool is available for download from the official website of Microsoft. Once you download the program, install it on your computer. When the installation finishes, double click to launch the tool.

- Once the tool comes up, select the option Home. Choose the arrow placed near the option E-mail and Calendaring and then click the option Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access.

- Once you log in to Outlook Web Access page, choose the tab Home. Choose the option Start Microsoft Outlook Web Access and sign in to your account. This will take you to the Outlook account.
