Removing Ask Toolbar Completely From Your PC

Ask toolbar is a kind of browser add-on, which helps a user to get easy access to the functions offered by the Ask website including the services of Ask search engine. Removing from Windows XP

Removing from Windows Vista

There are two methods available for the removal of Ask toolbar from Windows Vista computer. The first method is,
  • Go to the Start button and click the option called Control Panel. 
  • Then, you need to select the option called Uninstall a program that is seen under the section called Programs. 
  • Next, from the list, locate and click the one having the Ask logo. 
  • After that, click the option called Uninstall followed by clicking the button called Continue to delete the Ask toolbar from Vista. 
Alternative method,
  • Click the Start button seen at the lower left corner of the Vista screen. 
  • Then, you need to type appwiz.cpl in the Search box seen in the Start menu followed by clicking the button called Ok. 
  • From the list of programs that are installed in your system, find out Ask toolbar and click it. 
  • Next, you need to click the option called Uninstall. This will remove Ask toolbar completely.
